• A 60 bedroom care home for the elderly;
• A health centre;
• A neighbourhood food store 1500m²;
• 2 storey offices 2000m²;
• A 40 room budget hotel 1500m²;
• A restaurant/public house 640m²;
• Approximately threeacres of public open space; and
• Two new access roads, highway improvements and landscaping.

Two gasholders and high pressure gas storage vessels have already been removed and the land was sold to Crest Nicholson Residential Ltd in early 2001.
